Frequently Asked Questions about Pricing

What counts as an "image"?

Each time a customer uploads a photo and receives an AI-generated image of their dog wearing a product, that counts as one image generation.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Shopify Admin. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Is there a free plan?

The Free plan includes 30 image generations per month — perfect for testing the app on your theme or in development before committing to a paid plan.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

On the Free plan, the try-on feature will be disabled for the remainder of the billing cycle. On paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale), overage images are charged at the per-image rate shown above.

Do unused images roll over?

No, image allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The monthly subscription price plus any overage charges are all you pay. There are no setup fees, transaction fees, or surprises.
