Who we are
Saassy SaaS is the trading name of Ashley Bennett, a sole trader based in Bedfordshire, UK. I am the controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach me at support@saassy-saas.com.
Business outreach
Your right to object: reply STOP to any email from us, or email support@saassy-saas.com, and we stop straight away. We delete your details and any concept page we built for you, and keep only a minimal record so we never contact you again.
Where your details come from
We take them from the Care Quality Commission public register, Companies House, and your practice's own website. We never buy lists and we never guess email addresses.
What we hold
- Practice name, address, phone number and website
- Company number
- The business email address published on your website
- Your logo and brand colours (used only on the concept page)
- Our notes on your public website
Why we may contact you
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: offering a relevant service to a business. We only email limited companies and LLPs at business addresses, and we do not email sole traders or partnerships.
Your concept page
If we build one, it is made only from public information. It is hosted unlisted on Google Cloud in Belgium at demo.saassy-saas.com, marked noindex, and clearly labelled as a Saassy SaaS concept rather than your live website.
How long we keep it
The concept page and your contact details are deleted within 21 days of our first email, or as soon as you decline or object. We keep a minimal suppression record (practice and company name, company number, website domain, a one-way hash of the email address, the date and the reason) so we never contact you again.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell or share it. Google Workspace (email) and Google Cloud (hosting) process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to it. Email support@saassy-saas.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
