Delete your Elfventure data

Elfventure has no accounts, so there is no account to close. Almost everything the app holds is on your own phone, and you can delete it yourself in seconds.

On your phone

  • One item: open it in the Parent Portal and choose Delete.
  • One child: Parent Portal → Children → the child → Delete child. This removes the child's profile and everything made for them.
  • Everything: Parent Portal → Settings and privacy → Delete everything. This permanently removes your PIN, all children, all saved items, coins and settings from the phone.
  • Deleting the app from your phone removes all of the above too.

The one thing kept on our server

When a child's first name is spoken in a video-call greeting, a short clip of that greeting is kept on our server and reused for other children with the same first name. It is filed under a scrambled form of the name and is not linked to you, your child or your phone, so there is nothing for us to look up by family and nothing that identifies anyone. Because the same clip serves every child who shares that first name, these clips are not deleted on request. If you believe you entered something other than a first name by mistake, such as a full name or other sensitive information, email support@saassy-saas.com and we will review it and remove it where appropriate, case by case.

Purchase records

Purchases are recorded by Apple or Google under their own terms, and the app's purchase-validation service holds a record against a random identifier created by the app. To have that record deleted, email support@saassy-saas.com with the identifier shown in Settings and privacy, or with your store receipt, and we will arrange it. Deleting that record does not affect any purchase you may later need to restore through the store.

Anything else

Email support@saassy-saas.com about any data protection request, including access, correction and deletion. We aim to reply within two working days and to complete requests within one month. Our full Privacy Policy explains what the app does with information.
