CalSync Kit is live: calendar sync from your own cloud

Today we launched CalSync Kit — a self-hosted calendar sync service you deploy to your own Google Cloud project in about 20 minutes.

If your work calendar lives in Microsoft 365, your family plans live in iCloud, and your employer answers every sync app with "Needs admin approval", CalSync Kit was built for you. It syncs iCloud, Outlook and Google two-way, every 10 minutes, with no PC left on and no subscription.

What's in the kit

  • Full two-way sync between iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365 and any ICS feed — full details or anonymous "Busy" blocks per rule
  • The locked-tenant fix: an included Power Automate bridge gives full sync with a blocked Microsoft 365 work account, no admin consent needed
  • Your credentials stay yours: it runs in a Google Cloud project only you control — no telemetry, nothing phones home
  • ~£0/month to run: sized to fit Google Cloud's free tiers
  • Full Python source code, deploy scripts for Windows/macOS/Linux, and a private dashboard with Google sign-in

One £29 purchase, free bug-fix updates, and a 30-day deploy-or-refund guarantee.
